SHIPPING & REFUNDS
Shipping of items depends upon item availability, compete address with PINCODE and contact number. Standard shipping time from our warehouse is 2 working days (Holiday excluded) and logistic time depends upon the location. Our logistic partner takes different time for different location that is from 24 hours to 15 days for final delivery.
Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the shipping policy.
Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and if your order value exceeded this limit,COD option will not be available for you.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. In case of dissatisfaction from our product, clients have the liberty to cancel their order and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
For Cancellations of your order please contact us via contact no. 8005897004 or you can cancel it by login at our website till order is shipped. Return or cancellation will be considered within 15 days of order date. No request will be entertained after 15 days of order date.
We will try our best to create the suitable products for our customers.
In case any customer is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund on incase of product pack seal is intact.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
If you want to return the product please contact us immediately. As we sale packed edible items, it is utmost important that you ensure parcel you are getting is intact and in good packing condition. If you find any problem with packing or parcel please do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately. For return invoice copy and batch no. of product must be same.
We do not accept any return for opened pack due to hygiene.
